| The founders of Weather Informatics have between
them more than 75 years of experience in meteorology and climate
science research. Each of the founders plays an active role in driving
the company's R&D programme. They also maintain university
research positions, and this allows them to feed cutting-edge
developments in science and technology into Weather Informatics'
products. The Weather Informatics offices are located next to the
world-class Department of Meteorology at the University of Reading and
this facilitates a two-way transfer of knowledge.
